Refund policy

Returns

Your order will be ready to ship within 15–35 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you change your mind for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will reply within 24–72 hours with return instructions.

Because every TICA piece is handcrafted to order, we kindly ask that returns be made with care.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unmarked, and in perfect condition, with all original packaging and tags.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure proper protection.

  • Returns requested or received after the 7-day window may not be accepted.

  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit based on your preference.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible depending on stock availability. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • TICA Design+Leather is not responsible for lost return shipments; we highly recommend using a tracked or registered service.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our studio.
You will receive an email once your return is received and again when your refund or store credit has been completed.

Refunds

All refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 3 days of refund confirmation.
